There is so many thing you can use shovelling, sweeping or even using bricks for ab resistance and weights. Benches for step-ups and push-ups.
You can do an entirely different type of workout then you’re used too with the outside because there is so much more than the outside offers. Any movement that you do outside is a workout so the outdoors is very fitness oriented. Think about what you do when you are outside, do you just stand there, no you are being active. When you fit fitness into your life you can make it outdoor oriented, how can people do this, well you can bring all your workout equipment outside if you wish or you can use what you have outside or even not use any equipment at all. That is entirely up to you and what, type of outdoor workout you are planning on doing. It could just be yard work if that is all you have time for. Just make your workouts work for you any way you see fit. It can be something like heavy lifting or something slow and easy, that is why the outdoors is so fitness oriented.
