A person’s fitness routine is what? There’s to do with as they please? or is it someone else’s? Everyone wants something different, out of there fitness routine. So is it better to have someone tell you, what to do or do you think its better if you tell yourself, what to do for your fitness routine each day? Now I know that there is going to be multiple different answers to this question because people have numerous different opinions on the matter. In the end you are always in control of your fitness, whether you have some sort of coach or trainer, or not. You can tell your coach or trainer if you don’t want to do something or if you don’t like something. However how much control do you the person doing the fitness really have? Think about it look at what you are doing, in terms of your fitness journey, who is in control of that? If you have a trainer for your fitness when do you turn to them? Are you in complete control of your workouts if you have a trainer? Now that I have asked, let’s answer them. If you want control of your fitness, you can have it, whether you have a trainer or not. You have your own voice that you can use to speak up if you want to do something else. Whether you do your workouts yourself or you speak to a trainer personally you can say yes or no to things.
So in terms of your fitness, journey whether you have trainer or coach you are in complete control of your fitness journey, if you have someone else be in complete control of your fitness journey you may not be too happy with the results you get or the workout moves they make you do, not that all the workout moves you do will be your favourite. You can pick and choose, more of the ones you do if you are in control of your workout rather then have someone else be. If you start a fitness journey and you think that, someone else should be in charge of it what type of results do you think you will get? Not the results you want because someone else might want something else out of there fitness journey. That is why nobody else but the person on said fitness journey should be in control of it.
When you’re in control of your fitness journey, and you know what workouts you want to do you are a happier person. You are doing what you feel is best for you. Sure coaches and trainers can give you tips, but ultimately the choice is yours in terms of what you want to do. A fitness trainer, is just there to guide you and point you in the right direction that they think you should be going. Now don’t get me wrong, fitness coaches and trainers are great to have but remember, to stay in control of your workouts and not let someone else take over unless you want them too. Your fitness journey is yours alone. So that is where your control of your fitness journey comes in.
The way that you stay in control of your fitness journey is knowing what you want out of your fitness in the end. Having some sort of idea, about how you are planning on achieving it. You will then work towards that with more vigour then you would if someone else was in control of it. If you need help though then remember to ask for it but remember focus on your end goal no matter what people say. You should be the one in control of your fitness because you know what you want out of it other people don’t and they may try to deter you from getting where you want to be. The way you don’t let that happen is you stay in control and do what you want for your own fitness goals. Your fitness goals are yours alone remember that.
Don’t let someone tell you what you should be doing, for your fitness journey. You just put your foot down and do what you want in terms of your fitness journey. When you are in control of your fitness you get more out of it don’t you? Most of the time yes. So why not try and stay in control of your own fitness journey as much as possible. If someone else is in control of your fitness journey you might not get so much out of it that you were expecting. So stay in control of your fitness journey and don’t let someone else be in control. Yes it is better for the person on the fitness journey to be in control of it. If they are in control of it then they know exactly what it will do for their future, in terms of their fitness. So know what you want in terms of your fitness and take control of your workout. Do the workouts that feel right to you, for what you are focusing on in terms of how you want to look after your workouts. So be in control of your fitness journey and you will get what you want out of it, if you are not in control of your fitness you may not get out of it what you want.
