When you think of the outdoors and the fit flex life what comes to mind? Does staying busy and moving come to mind or just sitting outside relaxing? Some people might say one or the other and some people might say both. It really depends on the persons mood and what they are thinking of doing outside at the time. I know that sometimes even on my rest days when I am outside I do a bit of a workout. Whether it be push-ups, cardio or the swing workout. Just something to do outside so I don’t get bored. That is the way I look at it and that is the way everyone should.
The outdoors gives the fit flex life so many opportunities that the indoors can’t do. Which sometimes makes people want to work out more. Why is that? That is because most of the time outdoor workouts don’t feel like workouts at all. Which means people are just being outside some people like that. When an outdoor workout doesn’t feel like one why not go outside and do it? You get fresh air and exercise so it’s a win, win. Which means you are hitting two birds with one stone and getting two things done at once in a sense isn’t that the meaning of the fit flex life? For the most part yes.
So what exactly does the outdoors do for the fit flex life? It gives a person different workout options, it might even make them feel more relaxed. So if you feel out of sorts and just can’t seem to get the type of workout you want done inside try taking it outside. See how that changes your mindset in terms of your workout as well as your workout itself. You might fit more of a workout into your life that way just try it and see.

When I examined it for myself I found that it offered me a sense of calm and new ways to do workout moves so that I wasn’t doing the same thing all the time. That is why I like outdoor workouts so much.
With the fit flex life always being mobile, the outdoors for workouts is so inviting. Since you can do almost anything outdoors that is active. So just go outside do something with lots of movement and call that a workout. It may offer you a different way of working out.
