What are the fit flex life workouts like what is it like to do them?

The fit flex life, workout is fitting fitness into your life but how is that a workout? It is a workout because you don’t just stand around in your life do you? You like to move and be active. Well if you are reading this blog you do even if it is just a little bit. You also have an idea of what a fit flex life workout is if you are reading this post. The number one question is what is a fit flex life workout like and what is it like to do them? A fit flex life workout is living life, walking like you do everyday life or lifting like you do in your everyday life too. What it is like to do a fit flex life workout is taking your daily life and considering that your workout. When you lift things to put things away, you are lifting weights think of it that way.

So a fit flex life workout is not all about going to the gym like I have said before, in many previous posts. It’s all about making your fitness and life work together. Clean your house, or your yard or even grocery shop. So now that you know, what fit flex life workouts are like my question is do you know what its like to do them? Now have any of you reading this thought about doing a fit flex life workout? Did you know that you already are, if you are doing the things in your life without thinking about it? Probably not but if you have done them what is it like to do them? It is like you just living life not stopping what you do every day to go to the gym. What that means is when you clean up your house every day consider that cardio, if you are cleaning up your yard moving bricks and things consider that weights you could even use what you have in your backyard as part of your workout use bricks as weights or if you have benches in your backyard use that for push-ups or step-ups, or even abs. You are doing what you would inside a gym or your house, just outside with the things that you have out there instead of using the equipment at the gym or the things you have inside as your workout equipment.

When you do a fit flex life workout you aren’t thinking of doing workouts you are just living doing everyday things like cleaning up, shopping that type of thing. So when you a fit flex life workout you don’t feel like you are working out, you do a fit flex life workout you are moving a lot. Walking through your house or around your backyard doing the daily things and considering that a workout. When you do a fit flex life workout you are doing things you would always do but you are pushing yourself a bit more so that you work up a sweat. That is what a fit flex life workout is and what its like to them you pick a workout and put it into your life. How you put it into your life? The way you put fitness into your life is make it work for you and the schedule you have. Whether you workout from home, the gym or you have some sort of online videos those are pretty much fit flex life workouts. Which means a fit flex life workout can be any workout a person wants.

I don’t mean that it is all cardio when you do a fit flex life workout I just mean that the moves are usually really fast paced when you do any type of fit flex life workout except for three of them. Why would you want to do a fit flex life workout or workouts? If you have tried them already you probably already do these types of workouts daily. Everyone cleans up and lifts things in their daily life, but do they consider them workouts? Not usually, not unless you really don’t have time for a workout and cleaning up your house or your yard is all you have time for. That is just normal everyday life though it could be a workout if you want it to be.

When you do a fit flex life workout, what exactly do you do in it? You usually do some sort of workout that doesn’t require a lot of time to complete. What types of workouts do this? Cardio, weights of any sort and sometimes abs. What is it like to do these types of workouts well, you can do them at the gym sure but you can also do them from home which is even better. You use what you have at home for equipment, for whatever workout you are doing. So when you use things around your house as part of your workout you feel as though you are just living instead of working out. You are doing both that way isn’t that cool.

A fit flex life workout is the best type of workout, why? You ask, it is the best type of workout because there is all different types of workouts in a fit flex life workout. The workouts themselves feel like everyday life, not real workouts at all even though they are. When you do a fit flex life workout, you are getting a whole bunch of things accomplished. You are getting a workout in and getting things done all at once like yard or housework. Two birds one stone and the feeling of it is excellent in terms of getting things done and getting in a workout. So when you do a fit flex life workout you are killing two birds with one stone, and you don’t really feel like you are working out. Excellent right so try it and see for yourself.

 

 

When you do a fit flex life workout it is tough to tell you are doing it, why is it hard to tell you are doing it? Sweeping and lifting bricks is all part of backyard up keep, which everyone has to do eventually in, when you do it though you are doing it to keep your yard clean, not to get a workout in. So when you do these things, push hard and make yourself work just like you would in a workout in a gym or inside. When you do that you will have a workout that makes you feel like you are really working. That is all the workouts you do. That is really what a fit flex life workout feels like. When you do a fit flex life workout you push harder, to explore the workout whether it be cardio, abs or anything at all. This is because the fit flex life workouts aren’t done a regular gym goer, or fitness person.

Most workouts are planned a fit flex life one is too but it can change a lot more frequently. A fit flex life workout is doing the workout you enjoy. So you get these types of workouts done whenever and wherever you can. So what is it like to do a workout like that? It is like always being on a speedboat or in some sort of mediation depending on your mood for the day and the type of workout you want to do. With fitting fitness into your life it can always change, so they are like mystery workouts every time you do them.

So a fit flex life workout is you making up your own workout using what you have at home. Making them look nothing like workouts. That is what it is like to do them. Just live life and consider that your workout. Anything you can work up a sweat with is a workout, which means anything you do can be a workout. It is doing the hustle of every day and working up a sweat. So just do that and see what happens, sure you can go to the gym too but then add in a second workout at home like the ones I mentioned and see what happens. Everything you do in your day that makes you sweat is a workout. So when you do a fit flex life workout it is just like living life every day. You don’t feel, like you are working out which is excellent. So keep it up and see where doing workouts like that will take you.

When you do a fit flex life workout you feel so at ease, because you’re in control. You get to pick everything the type of workout the amount of reps, the music the time of day. Which is just like life you aren’t just focused on one specific thing, in your workout because in life you aren’t either. So it’s fun and easy because you are moving like you always would. So make your fit flex life workouts like that and see where you end up in terms of your fitness journey.
