When we think about fitness or even talk about it do we, just start doing workouts or do we pick and season or a month and just start doing workouts? Think about when most people begin their fitness journey. Are they doing it for a specific reason, are they doing it because of a particular time of year? There are so many reasons why people start their fitness journey’s, when they do. It all depends on what they are after in terms of their fitness journey. So it depends on the person doing their fitness journey and when they want to begin it. Some people like spring, some like summer, some like fall some like winter. Everyone who is involved in fitness starts their journey’s differently than someone else. When you do fit flex life workouts however you are always working out. You don’t really start your fitness in a specific season or month when you do it like that, you are just doing it all the time.
Now you are probably wondering what the reason is exactly, well everyone begins their fitness journey when its convenient for them. We all know this if you aren’t ready to start something then don’t start it, because you won’t follow through with it. So what you need to do when starting your fitness journey, is figure out when the best time is to start your fitness journey and do that, whether it be in the spring, summer, fall or winter. It really depends on what the person doing there fitness journey wants for there workouts. They are the ones doing them so they are in control of them. If you want to get into the fit flex life, first figure out what it is, then figure out what you want to accomplish with it and then figure out when the best time is for you to start your fitness journey. There are better times than others depending on your schedule, so take that into account.
When I got involved in fitness, I think it was in the middle of spring. So I could take my fitness through the summer and winter, of the next year. Which I did. When you can bring your fitness anywhere, with you is that the best time to start a fitness journey? I would say that it is because you can do your fitness routine when it works for you. So if starting your fitness routine in the summer works for you then do it if it’s some other time of year then do that. The best time of year to start a fitness routine is different for everyone. So remember that just because, you begin your fitness journey at a particular time year someone else might want to start at another time of year because when you start doesn’t work for them. So let people do what they want in terms of their fitness journey.
The fit flex life is all around us, how? You might ask, well you are always moving in your day, walking, squatting, lifting that type of thing. We do these things every single day multiple times a day. So sure we can work out almost all day, but when is the best time to get involved in fitness? some say summer, some say, fall, some say spring some say winter. I would say in between fall, winter or even spring. As I mentioned before that is when I started. I know a lot of people say, “ Oh I will start in the new year”. That is a great idea but does it really work? if you are dedicated and you schedule it then sure it will, but if you start your fitness routine before the new year you are more likely to stick with it.
The best time to get involved in a fit flex life workout is before the new year, you will keep up with it more if you do it that way. Which means you will feel so much better about it. So if you are going to start your fitness journey start it in September or in the summer and continue it into the next year. If you do fit flex life workouts that way they will be a lot easier to do. So the best time to get involved in a fit flex life workout is to make it work for you, pick a month to start and run with it usually spring or summer is best in my opinion someone else might think differently. Everyone gets involved in fitness when they feel it right for them. That is why the fit flex life workouts are for everyone, at any time of year.
The fit flex life workouts are meant for any time of year, so any time of year is great to get involved in the fit flex life workouts. The reason for this is even, when life gets busy at school, longer hours at work and the holidays workouts are still possible. So start your workouts in the summer and you will see. If you do that you can bring them outside and they won’t even feel like workouts. When do a workout that doesn’t feel like a workout you get more out of it don’t you? Yes you do. So if there is a better time to get into it when you do it all the time, and have been for a while? Usually when you realize it you make it a part of your life and then that is that.
When someone decides to get into fitness, do they just do it or do they figure out the best time to do it for them? Most would say they would figure out the best time to do it for them over anything else. It really depends on the person who is working out though, and what they want out of there workouts. That is how people decide when the best time to get involved in fitness is. If you fit fitness into your life the best time to work out is any time you want. How cool is that? Pretty cool that is why a lot more people are beginning to fit fitness into their lives or at least they start thinking about it. They pick the time they want to start their fitness journey and do just that.
The fit flex life is all about fitting fitness into your life, so the way you do that is figuring out when the best time is for you to get involved in fitness. We all have our own reasons, for getting involved when we do so the best time to get involved in fitness is not always the same for everyone we are not all on the same fitness journey. We need to remember that. That is also why the fit flex life is such a great form of fitness because you can get involved any time doing any type of fitness that works for you. So give it a try to see when the best time to start a fitness journey is for you.

Most of us just think of why we wanted to get involved in fitness in the first place and that is what we work for. The best time to get into fitness is when it works for you it might be a lot of trial and error, but that is sometimes what fitness is. After you try your workouts and you feel good about them try fitting fitness into your life, by trial and error. Trial and error in terms of types of workouts that is. HI Louise! I think the best time is early in life. I wish there was more education about nutrition and the importance of fitness from an early age so it becomes ingrained. But, having said that, my moment was when I was feeling aches and pains and felt I was too young for them. I worked insane hours and my exercise consisted of moving my mouse. Of course, my rotar-cuff (sp?) suffered from all that stress, but exercise was a God-send for me. And after I began exercising, I found that I have hip osteoarthritis (thankfully just one hip) acccxxnd so I avoid jump rope exercises. And that reinforced my need to stay active and exercise. In fast I get up around 4:30 am on exercise days so I can fit it in before work. I have to say – it also helps with my outlook on life and things are a bit rosier, or at least I feel empowered to deal with them as I feel physically stronger!
