Fitness is what? Why do we tell ourselves we need to do it every day? is it just something we do or is it a habit? Ponder these questions for a while. Fitness is movement to keep your body limber. We tell ourselves we need to get involved in fitness but do we do it all the time? Most of the time we don’t the reason for that is because we usually don’t know what to do first, so we either try going to the gym and we do okay for a bit then stop going or start at home workouts. Most of the time at home workouts work well, if we make it a habit. As does anything if we make it habit. Isn’t that how it works? It is how it works if you really want your fitness to become a good part of your life. habits are things that you do on a regular basis which is why they are good in terms of your fitness journey. Usually habits are things done daily like our fitness. That is why we make fitness a habit in our lives.
Habits are part of the fit flex life because even if you wanted to start a fitness journey and you didn’t get into the habit of it, it wouldn’t get done. When you get into the habit of a fitness journey what happens? You feel amazing and you get an excellent workout in which also means you get into a unique workout routine. When you get into the habit of something you make it stick, workout routines are great habits, you pick the best time of day, to do your workout and then you choose what you are going to do in your workout then you do it. sometimes the time of day and what you are doing in your workout might change, though if that happens does that mean it’s not a habit? No it just means you are making your workout work for you differently. Habits when it comes to the fit flex life are a little different than other habits because with the fit flex life everything changes all the time. The only habit that really stays the same is the fact that you are doing the workout.
The question is are habits and the fit flex life something that works together? It depends on how you look at it. What that means is habits are something that we came up with for our lives whether, it be in our fitness life or not. In terms of habits for our fitness in our lives, if we don’t make it a habit we won’t do it. Which means if we don’t schedule it we won’t do it and it won’t happen. Habits happen when we put them in our schedules. They do look a bit strange when you add them into the fit flex life because they change on a dime. They still work though which is the whole point. So make your workouts a habit and run with them. When you do that you get so much more out of your workout. So make your workouts a habit in your everyday life and you will see what I mean.
A habit in the fit flex life is making your fitness a priority. There are many ways that you can do this, set specific times of day to get your workout in and stick to it, or just fit fitness into your life and make it work for you. when you do that enough does it become a habit? Yes it does habits are part of the fit flex life because the more you move the more working out you are doing. Which in turn makes it a habit because you are doing it so much more because it is easy. Think about how much of your fit flex life journey is just a habit, and how much you are actually getting done. Probably a lot, so remember that when you are doing things around your house make what you are doing a part of your workout and it will become a habit.
When you put the fit flex life into your everyday life it becomes a habit because you are doing so much that you don’t even notice it. That is how habits are formed. In terms of the fit flex life that is what the fit flex life is meant to do. So habits are essentially the fit flex life. When you get into the habit of fitting fitness into your life what happens? You get a better workout you feel like you are working out 99 percent of the time. When you fit fitness into your everyday life it becomes a habit which is excellent isn’t it? it is because most of the time habits don’t feel like work at all which is why the fit flex life workouts are more a habit than anything else. Habits are a big part of the fit flex life because, if you don’t have habits then you will be going around in circles not knowing what to do nor getting anything done. That isn’t good when you are trying to work out because, you won’t be working the muscles you want which means you won’t get the best workout. Yes you often are, because when something becomes a habit like fitting fitness into your life you automatically do it. so it doesn’t feel like fitness at all it just feels like something you usually do in your day. You for sure can do an actual ab, or cardio, arms or leg workout as well, but those are also habits because you do them daily too. So remember what your fitness habits are and do them in your daily life, so that way you are living life and working out all at once.
The fit flex life is habits essentially because you get in the habit of considering your life as part of your workout every day. When you fit fitness into your life you have to make it a habit to clean up and work up a sweat because if you don’t you aren’t getting the type of workout that you want. So get into the habit of doing the kind of fit flex life workout that you want and then you will (A) do it and (B) get the results that you want. When you make it a habit you will stick to it consistently. That is what happens when you put habits into your life.
Getting involved in a fit flex life workout is all about habits. In order to continue a fit flex life workout you have to make it a habit. The best way to do that is to put it into your calendar and tell yourself you have to do it, or do it and give yourself a reward. If you make it a habit and reward yourself occasionally you will get more out of it.
