When we think of our fitness routine do we think of why we started or what moves us to keep at it? You are probably thinking what do you mean, well what I mean is do you find what moves you in terms of your fitness routine. Is it something you just do, something someone said, or is it just fitness in general. Before you answer these questions, think about why you started your fitness journey in the first place. Are you fitting fitness into your life? What are you doing in terms of your fitness, are you doing what you want or are you forcing yourself to do a fitness routine? When you find what moves you in terms of fitness you let that decide your plan of action. Is it easy though that is what you need to figure out?
When we begin a workout routine we try a bunch of different workouts. We do this to see what we like. Some people do that and others do other things to get them involved in fitness. anything can be fitness related I have said that before but it can happen even more so during the holidays. So find what moves you in terms of your fitness and make that what moves you in terms of your fitness you fit it into your life more don’t you? Yes you do that is why you like the fit flex life so much.
Moving during life always happens, it happens more so during the Christmas holidays. So don’t stop moving when things get long and busy. Although is that what moves you? For some yes and for others sometimes it changes from day-to-day because when you fit fitness into your life that is what makes you. It could be the holidays, your life, how you want the next year to go. Those types of things. When you think of the way you want the Christmas holidays and the new year to go does that move you in terms of your fitness? or is it something else. It is usually a bit of both, it usually is a bit of both because, fitness is everywhere, and what moves you is the same thing. It differs from person to person however.
When you get involved in the fit flex life do you do it just to keep moving or do you do it because it moves you? You are probably thinking, how does working out move you? Well it moves your body and usually moves your mind and soul as well if that is what moves you in terms of the fit flex life why wouldn’t you do it? There should be no reason not to. So if you get involved in the fit flex life, do it the way you want but keep the reason why you are doing it in the back of your mind. That is what moves you to do your fitness so always remember that.
When you think of the fit flex life think of your favourite workouts or think of the treat you give yourself after you finish them. Is that what moves you? For somewhat moves them in their workouts depends on the type of workout they are doing. Sometimes even the workout itself can move you. That happens when the workout you are doing is a fun one that you enjoy. You don’t just say one day “ oh I am going to start working out” and then you start doing it , most of the time you have to work up to it. Which is where you find what moves you to do it and then you use that, as the basis for your workout. You are all probably thinking well what moved you to workout? I know I have told this story before, so I will give you the clip notes version, I wasn’t eating enough, during the day and sleeping too much, I wanted to change that and the way I did that was I started working out. There you have it the fit flex life was born and I am eating.
When you fit fitness into your life is the whole fitness and life thing what moves you? The fact that nobody but you is in complete control of your workout, so that means you can do it whenever and wherever you want is that what moves you to do your fitness? It usually does and that is why so many people do it. Although everyone is moved by different things whether it be fitness related or not. If people pair what moves them to their fitness, what will happen? They will accomplish so much and feel great once it’s over. That is the best thing about fitness and it is also how it can move people.
Can the good feeling you have after a workout move you? Working out is supposed to give you more energy, we all know that. Is the feeling of more energy what moves you to continue? Usually the answer to that question is yes. So is that is why people do their workouts anyway that works for them? Yes it is, because any workout that works for them is what moves them to continue. So that is why most people are involved in the fit flex life workouts. What the fit flex life offers is usually what makes people move in their fitness. That is why they continue it in the winter, and also what the fit flex life is for.
What is it that usually moves you in the fit flex life? Is it the fact that you can get more than one thing done at once? Or is that you don’t feel like you are working out at all so you just keep going getting things done? So if that is what moves you in your workout that is okay too. So when you are doing your workout whether it be a fit flex life one or not, figure out what moves you and run with it. When you do that you will get a lot more out of it. I am sure of it. When you think of your fitness and you find what moves you, in your fitness you do that one thing or that group of things a lot. The reason why is because you enjoy it and it is fun for you. Is that the reason why it moves you? Yes for some people it is. Each person has a different reason though on why their fitness moves them the way it does. This is because we are all different people. So once you figure out what moves you in your fitness make it a daily part of your life and see what happens. You may do the things that move you more in your fitness throughout the year, more than anything. This is why the fit flex life moves you.
When you find what moves you in the fit flex life you have done a lot of fitting fitness into your life. you have seen what works and what doesn’t to get you moving in your fitness. that is why finding what moves you in the fit flex life is great. So if you are trying to fit fitness into your life find what moves you to do that type of fitness, do that and see what happens. You will be surprised at how much you get done, in your life as well as in your fitness.
