When you work out you do to because you really want it don’t you? Yes you do that is why you work so hard to where you want to be in life and on your fitness journey. When you want something in your life, you work for it no matter if it’s fitness or not. When you want something in your fitness journey what do you do to get it? Do you go to the gym, do you do workouts from home that you find online, and do that. 6 days a week, or less or more even. Do you think of your fitness that way? Or do you think of how bad you want your fitness to work for you? You either have a workout plan you find online or something you come up with yourself, or a workout someone else came up with. If you want it bad enough you will find a way.
In terms of a fitness journey when you want it you go after it with all you have. The question is what would you do to get what you want in your fitness? Would you get scheduled fitness, to get a workout in and stick to them, would you beat yourself up if you didn’t get the workout in that you wanted, just keep moving in your day and fit something else in later. If you keep moving in your day you still are focused on your fitness or at least I like to think so. If you want something in life enough you will do anything to get it. That could mean waking up an extra hour earlier to get your workout in or consider your entire day a workout. Things like that. That means you want your fitness to work and you will do anything to make that happen. That is where fitting fitness into your life comes in pretty handy.
When you fit fitness into your life you are telling yourself that you want your workouts to work you are telling yourself that everything you do in a day is part of your workout. Now I know some of you are probably think that isn’t really a workout, but if you keep moving and you break a sweat then it is. If you can’t get to the gym but fitting fitness into your life is an option, what do you do? Do you consider every movement part of your workout, you do anything to keep your body moving call it a fit flex life workout and keep up with it as your fitness routine.
What if fitting fitness into your life is the only way, for you to get the fitness you want? What do you do? Do you figure out what you want out of your workout, and focus on that and get what you want no matter what it is. This is completely related to your workouts and life too. You put in the work you wake up early to get in a great sweat session or stay up late even when you would much rather be chilling on the couch or asleep you forego all these things and get your workout in.
If you have ever thought when do you get your workout in? I know I have said this before but I will tell you again, I get my workout in before breakfast so right after I wake up in the morning is when I get my workout in. I do it that way because I want to eat more and the only way I have found to do that is to do my workouts before I have breakfast so that I have a reason to eat. I show up every day to get my workout even when I have cold or when I don’t want too. The only time I don’t get my workout in is when I am really sick and only then. I want it so badly that most weeks I don’t take a rest day. That is showing how bad you want something by showing how much you push for it. Fitness and life are two things that you should push for, to get far in. Do workouts that make you sweat, fit them in around your life and make them work for you.
The fit flex life workouts make you push so hard in your workout that you feel really good. Which makes you want what you are going after so much more. Or does it? I feel that it does and that is why, you decide how bad you want something in your workout and that is what you go after for example if you really want to feel good in your day you do a workout that makes you feel that way. This is when you do the workouts you enjoy to get you where you want to be on your fitness journey.
The question is how bad do you want your fitness journey to work for you? Do you work out 6 to 7 days a week to make this a reality for yourself, or do you work out 6 days a week, or less to make it a reality. If you want it bad enough you will do anything to get a workout in. you will do abs, cardio, walk or clean up your house make that a part of your workout the more you will get out of it. So tell yourself how bad you want it and put in the work to get in the workout you want. Fit flex or not.
When you think of how bad you want something you work ten times harder to get it. Which means what for a fit flex life workout? When you think of how bad you want a fit flex life workout to work for you, you put in so much more work. When you fit fitness into your life you want it pretty bad because all you think of is your next fitness move when you are living life. When you want results on your fitness, journey you work really hard to get them doing anything possible, to get your fitness routine accomplished. In order to get where you want to be with your fitness, you will do all the workouts you can in order to get the results that you want. The more work you put into your workout the more you want to get something out of it. That is where fitting fitness into your life comes in.
What do you do to get where you want to be on your fitness journey? You put in the work, you plan out your workouts and you make sure you accomplish them. With a fit flex life workout you are working out all the time. Lifting weights with actual weights or something else, or you are always moving so you are considering all that moving as your workout. You do all of this because you want your workouts to work so hard that you will do anything to make that happen.
When you want something bad enough you work very hard to get it that includes your fitness. So when you want something in your fitness bad enough put the work in and you will get it.
