When you do a fit flex life workout how much of it do you think of all the time? You are probably thinking what does that mean? That means when you decide to fit fitness into your life just move your body, do workouts so that you work up a sweat, sure but don’t over think it. When you over think it you do two things, (1) you stress out about your workout and don’t actually get a workout in and (2) you push yourself to hard and are paying for it the next day. A fit flex life workout is meant to be easy in a sense that, every time you move you consider that a part of your workout, you don’t need to do a specific type of workout just to get a workout in and don’t try to look like someone else who is on a fitness journey. When you do that you are over thinking it don’t do that or you won’t get the results that you want in terms of your fitness. If you don’t just go for it and work at it you won’t get what you want so just work at it don’t think about it too much. A person who works out has a thought process before they do there workout the thought process they have is, the workout will make me feel good, once it is over in terms of endorphins, so don’t over think it just work with your endorphins and you will get the results that you want.
If you think of the fit flex life as always being a workout, do you just do it or do you think of it as something difficult that you don’t want to do? Do you think of your fitness as something that is good or as something that has a lot of cons to it? If you think this way in terms of your fitness you are over thinking it. The best way to get out of over thinking your fitness, is just doing a workout you enjoy, when you do that you are in complete control of your workout/ fitness. So just move your body do workouts you enjoy whether that be workouts you find online, make-up yourself or get from a trainer, or is it going to the gym on the daily. Just do workouts you feel comfortable doing.
When you fit fitness into your life you aren’t thinking of your workout, you are just thinking of moving. The fit flex life has that effect on people. The way that the fit flex life effects people is, you just keep moving in life and think of all the movement you do as part of your workout. Think of walking in your day and cleaning up as your workout or part of it. If you over think your fitness, you won’t accomplish it. When your fitness and life combine, you are moving your body and hoping that your fitness is getting accomplished. A fit flex life workout is the type of workout that doesn’t take a lot of time to accomplish or prepare for. You are just moving your body either lifting or working your legs, and abs in many different way to get a good workout accomplished. So do those types of things as your workout and you will get in a great workout. If you just think of the fit flex life as just moving you will get a lot more out of it. It will also be a lot easier if you think of it that way. So think of it that way and fit fitness into your life as your workout then you will see how much of a fit flex life workout you are actually doing.
When you fit fitness into your life you don’t even notice you are doing it, so can it be over thought if you don’t even notice you are doing it? You can’t not until you feel it but by that time you never want to stop doing it. So even if you over think your fitness just change it up and make it a little different for yourself so you don’t get bored of the same workout routine all the time. If you over think the fit flex life you don’t get the same feeling as you would if you just keep going, which in turn makes your workout pointless so don’t over think it and just workout. That is why fitting fitness into your life is so much easier, when you think of your fitness as part of your life so the next time you are doing your workout try and remember to think of your fitness as part of your life.
When you fit flex and don’t think about it your workouts change, the way that they do this is you do what you feel instead of something planned. Not that fit flex life workouts aren’t planned but the best ones when it comes to the fit flex life are the ones that aren’t planned. Those are great workouts because you just let them flow, and there isn’t much thinking involved those are great workouts. Is that why you just do them? That is why I just do them so why not give it a try for yourself you may be surprised at what comes of these types of workouts.
Doing a fit flex life workout is so easy when you just go through the motions. We all have to move our bodies in life to keep from stiffening up, so you are always fitting fitness into your life whether you notice it or not. Always think of all the movement you do as your workout or a type of fitness, and don’t force yourself to do something in terms of your fitness that you don’t want to do. If you do that you don’t get what you want out of the fit flex life.
If you just fit flex and don’t really think about it you will get so much out of it. So take all the cleaning up inside and outside that you do and consider that your workout, or a walk with friends or grocery shopping. Just do things to get your body moving call that your workout and there you have it not a lot of thought but you get a lot more out of it. So keep it up.
