I think that they change for both, the reason for this is because when you fit fitness into your life you are living life more. Summer time is more fit flex time, because you usually want to get outside more and be more active. It is usually a lot easier to do that in the summer, with the nice weather. Summer time is fit flex time, because you want to be busy yes but you don’t want to be inside all the time. It also gives you an excuse to change up your workout and who doesn’t like that? Everyone likes that, so they don’t get bored of the same workout all of the time.
Every summer is fit flex time every time you go outside. Every time you go outside in the summer there is always something to do and be active with. When you are always active in the summer does it feel like work though? Not it just feels like fun which is why so many people do it don’t they? Yes it is at least that is why I do it what about you?
