As the months keep going, it gets colder and colder doesn’t it especially in November? Sure there might not be snow on the ground yet but, it is cold. What does the cold do to our workouts? Does the cold weather do something to our workouts in November? Do you keep your workouts indoors because of the weather in November? Think about all these questions and think about how you get your workouts in when it’s cold. Why are colder workouts good for you when you fit fitness into your life? To get your workouts in when it is cold is sometimes difficult your muscles seize sometimes. Don’t let that stop you when it comes to your workouts. So the one question you need to answer is what?
Colder workouts are good for you why is that when fitting fitness into your life? It gives you a variety when it comes to your workouts the question you should be asking yourself is (A) should you be doing colder workouts and (B) Are colder workouts good for you and why is that when it comes to the fit flex life? Think about these two questions and answer them. If I were to answer them my response would be yes, colder workouts are good for you because, when you fit fitness into your life you keep your body moving and by doing that you stay healthy. So yes colder workouts are good for you and you shouldn’t stop doing them in cold weather, which means always continue to move your body in the cold weather.
Colder workouts are good for your body because, they make you want to keep moving to stay warm so that you don’t get stiff. What do you do in terms of fitness to not get stiff in the cold? Or is it to give you some variety in terms of your workout routines? It is both when it comes to the fit flex life don’t you think? That is the way I look at my workouts colder or not. Is that the way you look at workouts in the cold too? Think about that and that and the way you do your fitness in the cold. How good do you think colder workouts are for you? Everyones answer to this question is going to be different. My answer to this question is yes colder workouts are good for you because they make you work harder. You can do cardio, abs, or whatever you want just move your body in the colder months. Fitting fitness into your life all the while.
Doing a colder workout changes your workout. That is a good so that you are always doing something different. Why are they good because they are different though? They are good because they are different in the sense that they give you variety. No cold weather doesn’t mean your workouts have to be all the same, it does mean though try to use the outdoors and whatever you have around you as props. Your workouts may turn out to be totally different just try it and see. Colder workouts are still meant to make you move your body and work up a sweat. So do that and see what happens.

You do things that work your entire body when it’s cold outside because you are fitting fitness into your life more and with that you are staying warm. That is why fit flex workouts are good for the cold weather too. Try them and see what you think.
Colder workouts are good for you because they give your body a change of pace. They make you push yourself to limitless you never thought possible. Some of these limits can include cardio to the point of your muscles screaming, lifting too if you want to mix it up.
In colder workouts the best thing to do is to keep moving. The best thing about colder workouts though it gives you a new perspective. If you’re outside clean-up all the leaves that have fallen before winter comes. Make sure you get in your cardio, lifting and abs outside for as long as you can, if you’re inside use cans for lifting and abs to give yourself variety in your workout. The more variety you have in your workout the better you will feel about it. That is the way look at it at least.
Fit flex life workouts can happen any time, of year which is great. We all move our bodies walking, running, lifting so we essentially been doing fit flex life workouts in the cold or the hot for years. We are just now seeing what we are doing as workouts. So yes colder workouts are good for you because, they make you look at your workout differently. When you do that you get more out of it.
When you fit fitness into your life when it’s colder outside do you do more of it? If you do more of it how exactly do you do that? You go outside in the cold move around and work up a sweat. When you do that you open your lunges more which really helps during November don’t you think? It helps for me and that is why I do it. So why don’t you try it and see if it works for you too. Do anything, to work up a sweat and there you have it a workout.
Colder workouts are good for you because it makes you really appreciate the warm ones. So yes that means go outside in the cold and do a cardio and ab workout push-ups or step-ups or all of it. Fit your fitness into your life even outside in the cold and see what happens to your workouts and your life.
