The fit flex life and fitness, in general, is meant to keep your body moving. Now I know that we all know this but, do we do it? Now some of us are going to answer yes to this question where others may not even know how to answer it. Some people look at their fitness and the winter and want to take it off. Have you ever tried doing that and what has happened? If you have tried doing that you know how hard it is for you to start up your fitness again once winter is over and it is springtime. That is why most of us keep up with our workouts in the winter. Yes, you probably do because if you do something the same way for an extended period of time, it kind of becomes second nature to you.
