Is there a way to make winter warmer with the fit flex life?

In the winter it is always so cold which means we put our workouts off a lot, or at least I do. I do this mostly in December because of just how cold it is, what about you? Do you put your workouts off in the winter because it is so cold or do you just get your workout in no matter what? Is there a way to do your workout in the winter to make it warmer? You are all probably thinking yes there is a way to do that and the way to do that is to turn up the heat in your house. That is not what I am thinking though. I am thinking more along the lines of working out. The way that this works is to consider all of the outside things you do in the winter a part of your workout. Pushing the snow in the winter, the grocery cart, things like that. The more active you are in the winter the warmer you are.

Winter workouts seem to be complete cardio or mostly cardio at least. Is that so we stay warmer when we are moving around? Any type of fitness is the movement you can’t just stand in one spot and consider that fitness you have to move around and work up a bit of a sweat in order to consider whatever it is you are doing a workout. What is the best way to work up a sweat in the winter? That is the question, the best way to work up a sweat in the winter is to lift and do cardio. Make your muscles burn and you are well on your way to getting in a good workout and stay warmer in the winter. So that means just keep active in the winter.

What makes winter warmer if anything with the fit flex life? Constant motion or at least that is what I do or try to do in the winter. Try to do winter workouts with the fit flex life and see if that makes winter warmer. That is what I do in the winter or try to do in the winter for my workouts and the fit flex life. So do things in the winter that keep your body in motion and you will be warm the entire time. Now I know you are probably all shaking your heads but that is what this statement was meant for.  Sure clothing is always meant to make you warmer in the winter but for workouts lifting, abs, cardio, and step-ups is the thing that makes you warmer. So just keep moving your body in the winter and the warmer you will be. That is a winter workout so try it. The more different things, you do in the winter workout the warmer it is. What does that mean in terms of style of workout? It means do whatever workout makes you the warmest, cardio, lifting or something else. Do things like run in place, lunges, butt kicks, skaters, things like that which is all cardio anyway. With lifting weights use, actual weights, cans, or bricks. Remember to add all these things together to stay warm and add in some step-ups too. Also vacuuming and laundry can help too.

Doing fit flex life workouts in the winter should be an opportunity for warmth. Do all the cardio you can in the winter and that will bring you warmth? Or just move your body as much as you can in the winter to get warm and call that a workout. The more you move in the winter the warmer you are. Go outside and move your body or stay indoors, doing the workouts almost all the same way just using different things. The fit flex life is great in the winter because with it being able to be done anywhere you are always doing fitness which keeps you active in the winter.

The fit flex life is all about fitting fitness into your life that means winter too. So no matter how cold it just keeps moving your body. Go to the gym and use the machines, or use the weights. Or workout at home using things that you have, weights or step-up benches, or actual benches that you have at your house. Use benches or chairs or even cans if you don’t have actual weights or even if you just want a change. The more you move in the winter the warmer you are, so continue to move your body in the winter do any type of fitness you enjoy. Just keep moving your body. You will see great results, in the end, if you keep moving. If you think in a fitness mindset and move your body in the winter you will get the results that you want, you just have to do the work and the results will come. That is how you make winter warmer with the fit flex life.

Spend as much time as you can moving your body in the winter and you will be as warm as what you would be if you sat in front of a fireplace.
