Is it all about the month you are in and the amount of flexing you do? In May you use different things, in your flexing workouts because, you take them with you wherever you go. In May how much flexing do you do exactly? That is the question to be asking yourself. Also ask yourself what May flex means to you that is the other burning question on everyone’s minds at least that is the burning question on my mind. So, think of both questions and see what you come up with. Depending on where you are and what you are doing depends on how much flexing you do doesn’t it? Yes, it does, even if you don’t notice it which happens most of the time.

We all have different things in our lives that we lift in May in terms of gardening and getting ready for the summer months ahead. Or any month really which is why it is different. When you flex your muscles in May you are always doing different things right? Yes, you are especially when it comes to taking your workouts outdoors into fresh air. So, go outside move your body and do something you wouldn’t normally do in your workouts.
May flex is all about using the spring weather to your advantage. At this point for the most part it is sunny and that is what most people need in their lives after all the gloom of winter and the rain we have been having. Remember that flexing can happen any time anywhere. Think of the best places to flex in the spring does flexing outside come to mind? If the sun is out it usually does so why not take your workouts outside in May and see how great they can be in terms of the flexing that you can do?
May is a time to get outside, and become one with nature, what does that mean for our workouts? That means use the outdoors to your advantage in your workouts. You will get so much more out of your workouts if you do them outdoors and use the outdoors to your advantage in them. Clean-up your yard, go for a walk, swing on a swing, jump rope those types of things. Just keep your body moving in the month of May you will be glad you did.

So, what is so great about may flex workouts? That is what you should be asking yourself. It is all about the great weather and the fact that all the outside work you have been putting off can now be done. May is a time for adventure that means take your workouts with you, even if it is just outside in your backyard. You don’t have to always use actual fitness materials just use things that you have around you that will make you push your muscles to the point of them screaming. By doing that you are fitting fitness into your life in May and getting in a great workout. You are also getting so much more done around your house which is just icing on the cake when it comes to working out isn’t it? It is because you are doing multiple things at once. It is great to do these types of workouts in May because you want to stay outside in the nice weather and what better way to do that then to get multiple things done along with your workout? Just get outside and see what happens to your fitness you will love it.
A may flex workout is a workout that everyone looks forward too and it is the type of workout that has so many props in it that you wouldn’t even think of. Just keep moving your arms in a flexing motion whether you have things in them or not. While you do that wherever you are outside you will feel your muscles burn and in the end you will have a great workout because you will want to just keep going doing whatever it is you are doing, especially if you think in a fitness mindset which you would be doing when you take your workouts outside.
Constant movement outdoors or inside in the month of May is a May flex workout. A may flex workout can be done in your own backyard which means there is so many cool and different props that you can use that you wouldn’t have thought of it if you haven’t brought your workout outside before. With everything that is going on in the world today though getting outside in your backyard is one of the greatest things you could do, so why not fit fitness into your life and call it May flex. You can make your workout your own when you do it that way, and that is great for you and your fitness don’t you think? I think so and that is why I do this no matter what is going on in the world what about you?
