For me if I was first reading this title it would spark a lot of questions it would spark is, the title meant for this workout to be a happy one, or an angry one is there a workout like this does it exist? Do any fitness you enjoy fit it into your life love it but change it up every once in awhile, so you do not get bored of it. The fit flex life is all about changing up your workouts no matter when you start them, just make the fitness you do work for what you are doing in life and that is how you can love your fit flex life workouts even more.
A fit flex life routine is showing your love through your fitness routine, in many ways. An example of this could be using the weather in your workouts , to keep you active even in colder months just go outside for a walk to get a change of scenery and to stay warm when you are outside, consider that your workout or even part of your workout. if you still have cleaning up to do outside then do that or go shopping. I do not think that the fit flex life could be something dreaded if you combine your life and fitness together it could be great because you can do two things at once. What do you think? Cleaning up your house can be cardio and lifting grocery shopping can be the same.
