Fitness can be constant depending on the type of fitness that you are doing. Usually when you are doing a workout you are usually doing it for a period of time or an hour for example and you are usually doing a certain type of workout. Fitness is so constant because of two things (1) you are always trying to get your heart rate up and (2) you are always trying to work up a sweat. When you get your heart rate up you are in constant motion all the time while you do it because the more you move your body the higher your heart rate goes because you are in motion all of the time. Which means that your fitness is constant because you are always in motion. You are lifting and doing cardio all differently and many different forms of abs too. Fitness is constant especially when you fit it into your life because you are never not doing something that requires you to move your body at some point. That could even be just standing up and walking to a filing cabinet to file something or carrying a box to the filing room or something like that.
