What feeling when you hear the words fit flex life? do you get a feeling of happiness or getting a jittery feeling. Does the motion of your workouts make you want to work harder, and work up the best sweat you can, or does it make you want to relax?  A fit flex life workout seems as though it would be more relaxing then having a personal trainer, or a DVD, app or even going to the gym. Even using the machines at the gym and getting in a good sweat that way.  No workout is realty a relaxing one. Workouts are meant to push your body and muscles to levels that make them scream. Breaks are not meant to be taken when you fit fitness into your life. They are meant to push your body differently, so it works with the way that you live life.  When your workouts are part of your life because you make them that way, they are a more relaxing type.
