So Much Summer Fit

Summer has so much fitness involved especially when it comes to your life and fitness combining. Use the weather that the summer has to offer in your workout routines. Get outside in the sun and get active. Go for a walk, go to the park with your kids and play with them on the equipment. Swing on swings, if you have outdoor trampolines jump on outdoor trampolines. You can even skip, or go for a bike ride too if you like to do that.  Go swimming even for a workout if you have a pool.  When the summer comes there is so much heat involved, and what is our first thought when there is summer heat? Well to use it of course and what better way to use it in than in our summer workouts?  How do we use the summer heat  in our fitness and the fit flex life? What can so much summer fit mean? It means, get outside and move your body, use the nice weather to your advantage and get as active as you can and see what happens with your workouts when you add your life and fitness together and get outside and get active with them.  Get outside and get active in the summer and see how great you feel. 

Summer is all about activity outdoors, so why not put a lot of your workouts in something that you do outside in the summer?  If you are doing outdoor work, think of that as your workout, with the shoveling or lifting or laying of bricks, or whatever it is that you are doing. Just keep your body in motion and work up a sweat as much as you can. Lift, use benches, brooms, bricks, landscape, garden,  the list can go on and on. The more active you are in the summer the better you are going to feel. So make your summer workouts work for you and you will get so much more summer out of them. Which is what everyone wants when it comes to summer workouts isn’t it? That is what I want , anyway what about you? 

So much summer fit means use the heat and the nice weather, in your workouts. Now if you have been around my blog for awhile you know that taking your workout outside is great for the summer.  Putting your workout into your life in the summer is great because you can live life and get a great workout in at the same time without even feeling it. So much summer fit is putting your fit flex life workout into the summer, whether it be half inside and out or all outside. Just remember to keep your blood pumping and keep your heart rate up. The more you do this the more of a sweat you will get which in turn means the more workout you will get. Use the summer weather in your fitness routines and you will see what I mean.  Make your fitness and life one in the summer and you will see. 

Summer is a time for fitness, as we all know, but do we know why? And do we know how to get there? Is it because the weather is nice  so we want to be out in it and move our bodies to get the most out of it? Is it because with the nice summer weather it makes us want to be more active outside?  The answer to all of these questions is yes because there is always a lot more sunlight and less rain. This means you can take your workouts outside more so you can do two things at once, or more, like getting active as well as getting fresh air. 

When summer comes about there is usually a lot of it all at once, which means so much fitness can happen. Use the summer as part of your workout whatever that looks like for you and run with it. Go for walks, landscape, garden, go for bike rides or swing on swing sets if  you have them, swim if you have a pool or access to one. If you have outdoor trampolines you can jump on them too, using those is a great way to get your heart rate up. This is also a great way to fit your fitness and life together. 

So much summer fit is all about fitness outside in the warm sun. Use everything that the outside has to offer in terms of workout materials. Use park equipment if you are there, as part of your workout, or if you are just getting out to enjoy the sunshine, why not  stay as active as you can and think of that as your workout. Lift differently, if there are rocks or bricks around you can use those as weights, use benches for step-ups, sit-ups and push-ups. Do different types of cardio even running, walking, skipping. Make your summer and fitness one thing and see how much it changes, and see how much you get out of your life and fitness when the two things work together. 

Use the summer in your fitness routine and see what happens. Swim, skip, swing on swings, use brooms to clean -up outside if necessary, just do anything outside that keeps your body in motion and your heart rate up. The more you do this the more you will make your summer, fitness and life one thing which is great. 

Get outside and get as active as you can in the summer you will be so glad that you did. You will also feel so much more refreshed and feel as though your workouts just happen without you having to think about it. So try it out for yourself and see.
