Flex Winter Is That Something?

What does winter flex do and what is it exactly?  Well with it being winter you are always in constant motion to keep your body warm and toasty either inside or out. Just keep your body in motion doing lifting and abs as much as you can in the winter shoveling can work too. Anything that has a flexing motion in it during the winter what is done in it?  So what has a flexing motion in it in the winter when it comes to working out, shoveling for the most part because there is usually a lot of snow on the ground.  Keep moving your body in the winter and you will be flexing. 

The more active you are lifting and doing cardio in the winter the better you will feel. Also the more you will flex. Use the winter weather and just stay as active as you can, yes it might be cold and you might not want to flex because it  is cold and you don’t want to be cold, but remember flexing keeps you warm. So flex as much as you can in the winter lifting weights, or boxes, or even cans just to keep your body in motion and you will be warm throughout the entire winter while there is snow. Just keep moving your body and you will be flexing in the winter which will make you so much warmer. 

Winter is a great time to get into your workouts as we all know. Is it a great time to flex though? It is when there is snow to shovel. When there is snow to shovel, sure you are outside but you are moving and getting in a great cardio and lifting workout while clearing away the snow too.  The more active you are in the winter the more that flexing happens. As you are shoveling the winter snow you are flexing and lifting even if you don’t feel it right away. I am willing to bet you can feel your muscles after you finish shoveling for an hour or so.  The more you keep your body in motion in the winter the more flexing happens. 

Flex winter is constant when there is snow on the ground or even if there isn’t it is still always moving. Shovel, go ice skating, play ice hockey, build snowmen, or snow forts. You can lift and do abs and cardio while  you do  things like build snowmen or snow forts. If there is snow to do it with. You can do abs, this way too which is great in the winter. So if there is snow on the ground you can change up your workouts and get so much more out of them in the form of fun. The more you stay active during the colder months the warmer you will feel and the more you will get out of your fit flex workout. 

Use winter in flex winter workouts don’t take the winter completely off from working out. Sure you might feel like taking time off during the winter and you should but don’t take the entire winter off from working out, the more you are active during the winter months the more you will get out of  winter even if you don’t like it;. Try to do something that you enjoy in your workouts in the winter and use the winter to your advantage when you do that you will get as much more out of your workout and life. This is great during the cold winter months. This is what makes flex winter something to do . 

Flex winter is all around us when there is snow on the ground so instead of dreading it and not going out in it, what should we do? We should go out and enjoy it. Yes, it will be around for a while but the best way to use it is to put it into our workouts. Make the winter work for your workouts and see what comes of them. You will be glad that you went out in the winter and got some use out of it, especially if it gives you a great workout. 

Flex winter is what? It can be anything you want it to be just keep moving your body in the winter inside or out and see what comes of the winter and your workout that way. The more you are active in the winter the better you are going to feel so keep your body moving  all throughout the winter months. 

Keep as active as you can in the winter and you will be flexing throughout it. What do you think winter flex is to you and your fitness journey? Winter is all about staying active wherever you are, so that you stay warm. Sure putting the heat on might work but moving your body as much as you can does too. That is great for winter too so why not give it a try? Keep your body moving as much as you can in the winter and you will be glad that you did. 

Flex winter is all around us when we are  always move throughout it. Use the winter to your advantage to change up your workouts and make them different for yourself. The more you do that the more you will get out of the winter months and your workouts too. How cool is that? It is so cool because the more you get out of your winter workouts the less you will dread the winter which is a plus or at least it is to me what about you? 

Flex winter is what for you and your fitness routine?
