Crunch flex is what? Is it all about doing crunches? Or is it doing different styles of workout? It can be a bit of both especially when you fit your life and fitness together. So lifting and abs for the crunching and flex aspect is what it is all about. The more you do this throughout your day lifting anything that has to be lifted not just by using weights the more crunch flexing you are going to be doing. “Wait so you don’t have to use weights for this all the time”? No you don’t, you can use anything as long you do the crunching motion and flexing motion you will be working out no matter what it is you are using. So remember that when you are working out. If you remember that while you are working out you won’t really feel your workouts you will just be doing them.
Lift with anything and everything that you have around you, full boxes of things, can, actual weights. Bricks, or logs. If you have them. With the month even shoveling can be a lifting workout depending on the amount of snow that you get wherever it is that you live. Anything that you lift can be a part of your workout. Every time that you move your body try to do a flexing and crunching motion if you can, you will be working out more if you try to do that as much as you can throughout your day.
