Fitness is everywhere around every turn as we all know. Is flexing the same way? Has it ever been that way? Fit for the fiex is all about you living your life the way you want but adding your fitness into it the way it works for you. This doesn’t mean working out seven days a week if that isn’t for you? Or working out from home or the gym. Get your workout in, in a way that will get you the results that you want. If this means mixing up your weights and doing cans or bricks, if that is what you have then do that. Fit for the flex is constant motion doing the fitness moves that you enjoy making your life and fitness work together to the best of your ability. Fit for the flex is all about the mindset that you have, while you are working out lifting, doing cardio or abs, using benches for step-ups and push-ups things like that.
