As the world is still crazy with all that is going on in it, how active are we still being? Most of us are now into great workout routines. The weather is a lot nicer in some parts of the world at least. So you can now go outside and get a great workout in without wearing all the winter gear you had too wear during the winter months while you shovelled for your cardio.
