Fitness is everywhere, all around us as we all know. The million dollar question is how is life a fit flex life routine or how can it be? Is it a fit flex life routine? Think about that with life we are always moving our bodies. With almost everything that we do in life we are active in some way. Cleaning up our houses, vacuuming, or sweeping daily, doing laundry. The list of things that we do in life daily or even weekly is always on going. Life is a fit flex life routine because we are always thinking in a fitness mindset, I am at least, what about you? Use your life and think about how you can be working out with everything that you are doing, in it. All the walking or lifting that you do in your day can be a part of a workout. That is great, especially if you want to change up your workouts and make them more interesting.
The question is how is life a fit flex life routine? Life is always a fit flex life routine because we think of all the movements that we do as part of our workouts. We all sweep or vacuum daily which is a workout, and we are always lifting things daily so we are doing a lifting workout that way too. We always have to move our bodies to do things, get up to file things at the office if you work in an office setting, or just get up and move your body if you have a home office so you don’t get stiff. We all have to move our bodies to get around in life so yes that means we have to workout in some way. So just live your life and think in a fitness mindset. Now if you have been here for a while you know this, but if you are new here the way this is done is every time you move your body you think of that as part of your workout no matter what you are doing. This is how life becomes a fit flex life workout.
With life always being ongoing how can your fitness always be ongoing also? When you add your life and fitness together that is how it becomes a fit flex life routine. Use the amount of things you do in your day as part of your workout vacuuming, cleaning up your house and your weekly grocery shopping trip. Just living your life is a fit flex life fitness routine because we are always moving our bodies. When you are in constant motion you are always trying to get your heart rate up. So put your life and fitness together and always try to get your heart rate up when you do that. How do you feel? You feel great and always want to keep going, that is how life is and can be a fit flex life routine.
Adding your life into your workouts makes your workouts feel like what? Life and your workouts make your workouts feel constant. Or as if they are just a part of life? Do they feel like anything at all? Sure doing specific workouts might feel like something, working your glutes, things like that, what if you aren’t thinking about your workouts, though you are just moving your body working up a sweat? When that happens, that is when your life and workouts combine the most. Pushing a cart in the grocery store, or cleaning your house, shoveling the snow if there is some, or gardening depending on where you are in the world , all of these things can be workouts.
Life is always doing something which means you are always moving your body in some way. If you are always moving your body in some way you are always working out. No matter what you are doing in your day when you move you might start working up a sweat, and you won’t even realize it,until much later, what is that? So do the fitness moves that you enjoy, add them into the way that you live life and do everyday things, lifting if you are cleaning up or filing, or vacuuming, doing dishes, or shopping if you do that daily.
