Flex For Fit Flex Sunny Time

When it is warm and Sunny how much fit flex fitness happens? Is it just something that happens once or does it happen multiple times? It all depends on what workout you are doing and the results that you want from it. When you flex in the sun how does it make you feel? It makes you feel good, because (A) its warm and everyone likes warm weather for their workouts and (B) you can do so much more in your workouts when it’s warm you can use swing sets, or trampolines, skipping ropes, or go for a walk or a hike. Do gardening or landscaping, anything to get your entire body moving. When you do that, how do you feel?  Your muscles feel like they have been  put through the ringer at least when I do workouts like that, that is what my muscles feel like jello in the end. 

What does working out in the sun do for you? Have you ever wondered that? If you have been here for a while you probably aren’t wondering that anymore, because you have done outdoor workouts  from the fit flex life. If you have done fit flex life workouts, you know that using  the sun, and being outside in your workouts.  Using the clean-up of your yard  or just going for a walk, to get active is a great way to get flex fitness into your life especially when its sunny.  When you are constantly active in the sun how does that make you feel? It makes you feel good, because you get vitamin D and a workout that works for you. 

What type of workouts can you do in the sun, are they the same ones that you do in the spring, fall or winter months? They could be just outside in the warmer weather. If you have a pool, go swimming, or if you have  an outdoor trampoline, get out and use it. If you like running you can do that too. Just do anything and everything outside in the summer to get your heart rate up.  When you use the outdoors in your summer workouts, do you find that you workout more and get so much more out of it?   Just being out in the nice hot weather makes you more active doesn’t it?  That is what it does for me, and I stay as active as I can either, swinging on my swing set,  or jumping on my trampoline. I would go swimming if I had a pool. So if you have a pool use it for your workouts in the summer months, have fun with them and flex all the while. 

What summer workouts can be flex for fit flex workouts you wonder?  Any summer workouts,  the ones that use benches, or chairs,  jump rope. Just keep your body moving, use everything outside in a workout routine, garden, or swim.  Those types of things. Just keep your body moving. Use what you do in the warmer weather whatever that is as part of your workout.  Do outdoor landscaping, or mow the lawn.  Do anything outside to stay as active as you can. The more you do this the more you will get out of  your workout  and the more fun you will have,  that I guarantee. 

When it is sunny outside, that makes you want to move your body, either in the form of cardio or lifting doesn’t it? It does for me especially when I fit my summer life and fitness together. How is it that I put my summer life and fitness together, I just use the time I spend outside, as a workout, no matter what it is that I am doing.  I do workouts like this all summer long, and I love every minute of it. Summer is all about getting outside and moving  our bodies, using  the vitamin D in the air to our advantage. So get outside and stay as active as you can in the summer, and you will be so glad that you did. 

Flex for fit flex sunny means what? It means, get outside in the nice summer weather and move your body.  It doesn’t matter what you do for your workout as long as you do something. When your life and fitness become one thing you don’t even feel it and that is great in the summer because the summer is supposed to be fun and relaxing. When the summer is fun and relaxing, how much of a workout  are you doing? Some people would think that you aren’t working out at all, but actually you are and you are living life getting in the sweat of your life because of how warm it is outside just by moving. 

The more you flex in the summer months the better you will feel, you can use anything that is around you, and put all that you have into your workout. The more you move your body  in any way that works for you, the more you will get out of it.  So put everything you have into your workouts, do the workout moves that you enjoy  in the form of a routine that you enjoy. When you do that, you get so much more out of your workout, and in the end out of your life too. That is great isn’t it? It is when you want your life and fitness to work together which is what the fit flex life fitness routine is all about. 

Sunny workouts are the best kind of workout, because they are always lifting, doing cardio or abs.   Sunny fit flex workouts, are using the sun and getting in as much fitness as you can, in  it no matter what type of fitness that you are doing, just do something to get your heart rate up, and work up a sweat all the while. Put everything that you put into your workouts in the summer and use everything that it has to offer for you and your fitness routine. When you do this you will feel great, so why not  try these types of workouts. Get outside in the sun of summer and move your body. 

The more active you are in the sunny weather the better you will feel. So get outside in the summer weather in the summer.  Do anything that gets your heart rate up outside, the more you do the better you will feel. Just use  the weather in the summer in your workouts and see how great you feel. It will feel so good when you workout in the sun and use the sun as part of your workout. Stay in motion all the time when you are outside in the sun and you will be working out, isn’t that great? Yes it is great and fun too because you are outside moving your body and  stay so active that you get everything you can out of your workout and life together. 

Flex for fit flex sunny time, means get outside and stay as active as you can. The more you do that the more you will get out of your summer and workout. When the two of them work together you will get so active, and  get so much heat while you do it, because you will be sweating and spending so much time in the sun. that is the way I look at it, what about you?
