Sun is all around us in the summer months isn’t it? For the most part it is, but how great is the sun for workouts in the summer? It is so much fun because that means you can be outside and warm while you are there. Being out in the sun is always fun isn’t it? It is if you like the summer weather like I do. Sun fun fit is all about, the warmth and getting as much of it as you can while it lasts. The question is what is the best way to get in a a sun fun workout? Well to be out in the sun and its warmth and push your muscles to be as warm as you can be, lifting doing cardio or abs, just to name a few. So this means what when you fit your life and fitness together? It means get outside in the heat and move your body the more you do this the better you are going to feel. Sure you might be a little bit sweaty in the end but that is the best when you are putting your life and fitness together.
Is being out in the sun fun when you are putting your fitness into it? Yes it is, because the weather is so good and all you want to do is soak it up. The more that you soak up the warm weather, the better you are going to feel, especially if you like the warm weather and using it in your workouts. Do the type of fitness that you enjoy in the summer and see how much more you get out of your workouts and life through the summer when you make the summer and your workouts one thing. The more you make your summer and your workouts one thing the more you are going to get out of them. Use the things that are around you, swimming pools and skipping ropes are just a few of the things that can be used in summer workouts. Using these things in your workouts are just fun and they don’t feel like workouts do they? They don’t feel like workouts to me, what about you?
When we workout in the sun do we feel more fit, is feeling more fit something? Have you ever thought about that? Most people don’t think of the sun as giving them a feeling in there workouts but when you fit your life and fitness together, there is a feeling that comes with the sun and your workouts too. Use the sun in your workouts, think in a fitness mindset every time you are out in the sun and you will be doing two things at once. When you move your body in the sun how do you feel? You feel great, because the heat gives a sense of happiness, at least it does for me. So I love working out in the summer, using swing sets, benches, trampolines, and so much more. Swinging and jumping on a trampoline is fun isn’t it? To most people it is, and if you have a pool and enjoy swimming there is that too, swimming is a great workout. So if you have a pool use in your workouts in the summer you will be glad that you did and get so much more out of your workouts, that way.
In the summer we use the sun in our workouts all the time, if we are gardening, or mowing the lawn by push mower, we are working out. So whenever you are outside in the summer move your body, do the household outdoor chores and consider that your workout. When you do that, you will feel great and get so much more accomplished when it comes to outside chores, and living life all at the same time. You will feel so great too because you are getting vitamin D the best way that you can. That is the way I look at it what about you?
When you are doing your workouts in the sun, what actually happens in them, do they change in a way that makes you push harder, do you do different things in the sun rather than when you are doing workouts inside? For the most part yes most people do, do different workouts outside in the sun because they can. Go swimming, or bike ride, or go to the park and use the equipment there, now that it is somewhat safe. Use the warmth of the summer as part of your workout and use the warmth in your workouts, lifting, cardio and abs of any kind outside. The more you stay outside in the summer months the better you will feel. I feel great being outside in the summer months what about you?
The warmth of the sun gives what to the activity that we do, in it? It gives it a new feeling, of refreshfulness. The changes of your workouts can give you this too, if you bike ride you can do that for your workout, any type of movement that you do in your day any time of year can be a workout or part of one. So in the summer get outside and get as active as you want to get in the best workout that you can. The more you put your life and fitness together the more you will get out of both of them together.
When it sunny get outside and get active, the more you get outside and get active the better you will feel. Use your daily life in your workouts, the clean-up or the going out to parks or going for walks. Just use your daily life and everything that you do in it as part of your workout. The more you move your body, in the sun the better you will feel, use the summer months in your workouts and life. The more you use the summer as part of your workout the better you will feel, just move your body and work up a sweat. The more you sweat in a workout the better you will feel, so put your life and fitness together and see what happens.
Fun sun fit, is using what you think is fun in a workout, in an outdoor workout, it that means swimming or listening to music while, on a swing. Uswse benches or chairs that you have outside for step-ups and push-ups.sweep or rake dubris up if you have that around. Do anything outside in the summer to get active, the more you do that, the more you will get out of life, and the more active you will feel. That is great, isn’t it? It is to me at least.
Fun sun fit is using the warmth to your advantage and staying as active as you can. Doing lifting cardio or abs. when you do this do it in a way that works for you, that could be just yard clean-up and using your own pool, or getting out and walking trails or even going to the beach and swimming in the lake or ocean depending on what part of the world that you live in. Use the sun in you workouts and keep your body moving when you do that, you will have so much fun.
Use the activity that you normally do in the summer in your workouts, when you do that, you will feel great, just keep your heart rate up doing anything and everything you do outside. When you keep your heart rate up while you are outside living life you are not only getting the outside stuff done, while living life you are working out too. Isn’t that great? It is because you don’t feel your workouts but you are still actually getting them done. Awesome right?
