When it is warm outside how much fit flex fitness is happening? A lot because you want to spend as much time as you can outside in the warmth. When you are working out you are always warm though whether it is warm or not. So what is warm for fit flex during the warmer months? It is getting outside and using the fresh air as part of your workout. When you take your workouts outside in the warm weather how do they change? Well they change in the form of what is done in them. It is something that you go outside and do. Use the things around you outside for your workouts, if you have benches use them for step-ups, push-ups and sit-ups. Use outdoor trampolines for cardio, or swinging on swing sets for cardio, skipping or just walking.
Use the warm weather in your workouts, do anything that you would normally do outside in the warm weather and consider all of that to be a workout or part of one. The more active you are in the summer the better you are going to feel. Now I know the summer can be busy, and sometimes if you are busy workouts don’t happen. How can we change that for the summer though can we get our workouts in even while we are busy in the summer? Yes we can, we just have to make our lives and fitness work together the best way that we know how. Use the clean -up or yard work of the weekend or the day as part of your workout. Sure it might not seem like a workout at first but if it makes you work up a sweat then yes it is. So do anything in the summer that makes you sweat, when you do that, you will be working out and you probably won’t even feel it or you won’t feel it much.
The warmth of the summer makes people want to fit their life and fitness together doesn’t it? Yes it does because when you put your life and fitness together you are doing two things at once and getting so much more done. The summer time is so busy that doing two things at once makes you get more done and in the end you are not only having more fun you are warmer too which is the goal. When you do fitness that you enjoy in the summer you get so much more out of it and your life and fitness work so well together when you enjoy your workouts. When you enjoy your workouts you want to do them more, and when you can put your life and fitness together and go out in the summer months and use it as part of your workout you get so much more done.
If you have swing sets, or trampoline, or even a pool why not use those things to get in a great workout. These are all fun things to use and they keep you active no matter what you are doing on them or in them, well if you are jumping on an outdoor trampoline it will be a workout. So use your life, and what you do as part of your workout. Bike riding, or rollerblading just do anything to get your heart rate up and use the sun as a dose of vitamin D. When you do that, you will get so much more out of your workout that I guarantee. So use the warmth of the summer in your workouts, have fun with them and see what happens throughout them.
The warmth of summer means get outside and get active, when you do this you are lifting differently and doing cardio differently. This could be lifting bricks, or cans, or doing any outdoor work. The more active you are in the summer the better you are going to feel. The warmer the summer is the better you will feel, or at least the better I feel anyway because I really do like summer. Summer is great for fitness of any kind because that means you can take it with you where you go, and not have to be all bundled up. Just get outside and get as active as you can. Doing anything around the outside that gets your heart rate up, whether that be lifting, cardio or abs, or cleaning up. Just do something to stay active, you could even swing or swim too, if you had that available to you, I don’t have a pool myself but if I did in the summer I would definitely use it in my workouts.
