Smash Fit Flex

When you put your life and fitness together do  you ever feel like you are smashing things when you are moving your body and working up a sweat?  When you smash your workout  what type of workout are you doing? Is there one certain workout that you feel you can smash more than the other. Is a smashing fit flex workout all about lifting and putting things down or is it about abs and cardio too?   Have you ever done a workout that felt like a smashing one?  What do you think a smashing workout is  and what can it be for you? When you lift bricks do the smashing motion when you are going to put them down don’t literally smash them though because then you can’t use them for your landscaping.   When putting your life and fitness together in the summer there is a lot of smashing involved.  The way that there is a lot of smashing involved is the fact that you are getting things done, the clean -up of your yard or the rearranging of it, things like that. 

Fit flex life workouts are always all around us as we all know so yes there is a lot of smashing involved all the time.  When you are in constant motion fitting your life and fitness together you are smashing all your moves, throughout it. Do step-ups, sit-ups and lift the more you do this the more you will be smashing your workout. Push your body until your muscles scream, as much as you can when you do this you will be smashing your workouts.  Lift, with bricks, or cans, even actual weights, use anything to push your workouts to their breaking point. When you push your  muscles to their breaking point or close to it you will be smashing your workout. When you fit your life and fitness together you will be smashing your workouts all the while. 

Smashing workouts are what type of workouts? They are any workout that a person wants, lifting, abs, cardio, workouts you find online or workouts that you come up with yourself. Smashing workouts are workouts that are always changing; they are the type of workouts that keep you on your toes. Use cans, or bricks or anything really that gets your heart rate up and pushes your muscles. The more you do workouts like this the better you are going to feel and the better your results will be.  Smashing workouts are workouts that are always ongoing, and the type of workouts that you put everything in with lifting, cardio and so much more.  So any workout you want to consider to be a smashing one can be especially when you fit your life and fitness together. 

Fit flex life workouts are the type of workouts that are ever changing. When they are always changing you are always smashing them to get whatever you can out of your workouts. Do gardening, or anything outside that you put your entire body into when you put your entire body into things when you are working out you are smashing them. A smashing workout is  any workout when you put your life and fitness together. Do  the  fitness routines, you enjoy and whole you are doing them you will be smashing them. When you smash your workouts you will be getting great results. Just put everything and anything into your workouts and you will be doing smashing fit flex life workouts. How great is that?

I put everything and anything into my workouts, lifting a number of different things and smashing them so much to work up a sweat. Fit flex life workouts are always smashing and so much fun to do. They are always changing and they are always doing new things. Just keep  moving your body and the more you do that the more smashing you will feel, yes it smashingness is a feeling. No smashingness isn’t a word I just made it up but it made you think didn’t it? I am sure that it did.  Just keep your body moving, lifting and doing cardio throughout you will be glad that you did.
