When your life and fitness become one in the summer there is so much heat involved. Now I am talking in terms of the amount of movement you do, the amount of sweating that is involved , along with the warm weather. What type of movement do you do in the summer heat, to get your heart rate up and stay active? Do you do abs, lifting and cardio of all kinds outside sweating with the amount of work you are putting in and how hot it is outside, or are you in air conditioning at the gym using the machines and taking classes? Not that that is bad because it isn’t but why not use the nice hot weather in your workout? The more movement you have in the summer for your workouts the more you are fitting your life and fitness together since the summer is so busy with friends and going out to do things with them.
With the summer being so hot with the amount of heat that is involved how does the heat work with your workouts? What that means, is do you use the heat, to push your muscles to make them scream so you sweat more? If so, what type of workouts do you do? Do you do abs, cardio and lifting of any kind? Or do you go swimming or jump on trampolines if you have them during the summer months?
