Summertime is a great time for movement, don’t you think? The way that summertime is a great time for movement is there is always so much more that you can do in the summer outside, in your workouts. Yes sure you can still use the gym indoors in the summer but why would you want to, if it is warm and sunny in the summer wouldn’t you want to be out there and soaking up all the sun before it goes away.
