Hello world of Fitness, my name is Louise Barraco. I have been involved in fitness since the age of four. I have explored many areas of what fitness has to offer, because when fitness is so much fun why wouldn’t you change it up? The Fit Flex Life is a blog for newcomers to fitness, as well as people who have stopped their fitness regime and just want to get back into it.
