As the weather is now bitter cold can, the bitter coldness of the weather do something for a fit flex life routine? It all depends on the way that you look at your workouts and the cold weather. If it is cold do you take your workouts with you wherever you go, whether that be outside to shovel or not? The more you are in motion in the cold if it is cold that is, what does that do for your fitness? Well if you are outside shovelling the snow if there is some then your workout has changed and you working out in the cold makes you push harder since with it being cold and you being outside you want to get warm. That is how I look at it and that is why I push so hard when I shovel the snow in the winter so that I can stay warm even in the cold weather.
When you fit your fitness into the cold weather and use the coldness to your advantage in your workouts what happens? Your workout style changes and you use the things that are around for your workout routines. It is cold outside and sometimes even inside during the winter months so you are doing more cardio, but you are still adding lifting and abs into it. The more active you are in the winter the warmer you are going to be. So keep your body moving as much as you can and you will not only get in a great workout but stay warm as well.

You could even just go for a walk or lift snowballs to build a snowman with your kids or even an igloo or just even do it for yourself to have some fun in the snow if you don’t have kids but like doing that, some people might. Make your workout and life work together in the cold weather, when you do that you will get two things done at once, when you do this you will enjoy the cold more. So take your workouts with you wherever you go whether it is cold or not, you will get so much more out of your life and fitness routine together that way.

So get out in the cold weather and make your life and fitness become one thing.
