So Super Fit Flex What is That?

What is it that can make a fit flex life workout a super one? Is it all the things that can be considered fitness when you fit your fitness and life together? Yes it can so use your everyday life, as part of your workout. Put everything that you have into your workout when you do this your workout becomes a super one. A super fit flex life workout is one that is constant, and the more you move your body and work up a sweat the more super your workout becomes.  When you are  doing everything and anything in your workouts they are super because you are in constant motion, you can do this in a fit flex life workout and one at the gym too if that is what you want to do. This could mean you are grocery shopping and lifting a lot of heavy things, or it could mean you are running from one area to the next and having to do random things, when this happens you are working up a sweat this can make you feel like you are doing a super fit flex workout.
