Fitness is all about constant motion. When you workout you are always moving your body. Use your life and your fitness routine as one thing. For example this could mean, grocery shopping, or cleaning your house, doing a costco run where you pick up cases of water and such. Clean -up inside or out of your house. You can lift cans, bricks, or weights if you want to do lifting, but don’t have actual weights, lift anything heavy that you have. Make sure in any workout you are trying to do you get your heart rate up even a little bit.
Use your everyday life in your workouts and see what happens with them, while you are living your life the way you would normally do. If it is nice enough outside, get outside and use the fresh air in your workouts, shovel the driveway if it’s snowed. Yes it might not be the workout of your choice but if your driveway needs shovelling think of that as a workout and it will become one. Just put your life and fitness together and move your body walking, running, lifting the list can go on and on.
